About Logan Sandrock

Logan began his life coaching practice in 2008, after a year of questioning, reflection, and study culminated in the development of his Simplify/Balance/Grow approach.

Drawing on the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's principles of nonviolent communication, and influenced by the writings of Joseph Campbell, Henri Nouwen and Khalil Gibran, Logan sought to create an effective, practical framework for empathetically understanding our own behavior and encouraging healthy personal development.

"I believe that compassionate self-knowledge is what enables sustainable change. Deepening the awareness of our own desires, intentions, and actions allows us to live fully as the people we want to be."

In addition to his coaching practice, Logan is also a trained mediator with the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center, primarily working with their Victim Offender Reconciliation Program, and was one of the founding board members of the nonprofit NVC Nashville. He can often be found wandering his natural habitat, the local Nashville coffeeshop.
